Our program gives you a customized plan + on-going support as you implement that plan. In 2-3 weeks you could be sleeping peacefully each night!

Before you choose your tier I do require a scheduled 30 minute call to asses your needs before we dive into getting you set up with which tier I feel like best suits you.

Hey Sleepy Parents!
I’m Amy and I’m a mom of three- ages 9, 7, and 3! I’m also a “fire wife” so the frequent nights alone make sleep a necessity for me as I’m flying solo with the kids when my husband is gone! Each of our children have presented their own unique sleep challenges:
» a crib-climbing repeat offender who would eventually crash on our floor
» a paci-addicted baby who required multiple binky replacements and lots of night feedings
» a baby with severe reflux and poor growth which greatly affected her sleep
None of these things were sustainable long-term. So, we gently trained all of them and eventually peacewas restored in our home. I can’t tell you the difference good sleep has made in our lives. It is anamazing thing to be able to put our kids to bed early without a
fight and know that they will sleep through the night! My husband and I have our evenings to ourselves to re-set and reconnect and all of us are happier and healthier. Sleep has become a big passion of mine and I LOVE meeting other moms and dads and having the opportunity to guide them through the process of teaching independent sleep skills. It is the best feeling in the world to help other families have the same reality as I do.
Starting this business and helping families in such a meaningful way is an absolute dream. I am a fully certified pediatric sleep specialist through the Sleep Sense program developed by Dana Obleman. I completed an extensive live training and mentorship program with Dana herself.

WE GET IT, THAT’S WHY WE CAN HELP
People tend to be very protective of their sleeping environment; we all like things the same every night and we don’t like any surprises, so making a big change to anyone’s current sleep habits will definitely be met with some protest. The same will be true for your child. However, the amount of crying really depends on the individual child and their personality and temperament. Some tears of frustration are almost guaranteed, but when they happen in a loving environment with mom or dad right there for reassurance and comfort, then you can be assured that your child will feel secure and loved, not scared or abandoned.
We will work together to train your child in the gentlest way possible while still making progress. I do think it helps to look at the big picture. Sleep training is very short-term for a huge long-term gain that is beneficial for the entire family!
